Primary Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (Gamma Delta subtype).
Primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma gamma-delta subtype is an extremely rare entity of all the cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. Our case provides an insight on clinical behavior and treatment response with feasible effective combination chemotherapy. We believe this will be of great interest to clinicians when facing this difficult clinical entity. We present a case of a 66-year-old Malay man with a t...

Primary cutaneous CD30+ T cell lymphoma is rare lymphoma originally in and confined to the skin. These lymphomas usually present as a large solitary and often ulcerated nodule. Its prognosis is a good and has a good response to radiotherapy. We report a 34- year- old man who had primary cutaneous CD30+T cell lymphoma on his face, which presented as an ulcerated nodule.

متن کاملGamma-delta T-cell phenotype is associated with significantly decreased survival in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
The importance of alpha beta versus gamma delta T-cell subset antigen expression in the classification of peripheral T-cell lymphomas is still unclear. The objective of this study was to investigate the prognostic value of T-cell receptor-delta 1 (TCR delta 1) expression in primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas. TCR delta 1 cellular expression was assessed in skin biopsy specimens of 104 individua...
متن کاملClinicopathological analysis of 17 primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma of the γδ phenotype from Japan
Primary cutaneous γδ T-cell lymphoma (PCGD-TCL) is an aggressive lymphoma consisting of clonal proliferation of mature activated γδ T-cells of a cytotoxic phenotype. Because primary cutaneous γδ T-cell lymphoma is a rare disease, there are few clinicopathological studies. In addition, T-cell receptor (TCR) γδ cells are typically immunostained in frozen sections or determined by TCRβ negativity....
